For six continuous years, without interruption, we journeyed with KICKS from their inaugural store to their expansion to nearly 30 stores across Central America and Colombia, alongside their regional e-commerce platform. Throughout this remarkable process, we were involved in creating the brand manual and identity, establishing associated brands and their structure, collaborating directly with various in-house teams, and devising strategies and tactics for marketing and communication plans, graphic design, digital communication, store design, events, and launches. Additionally, we worked closely with both the central offices and local license holders such as NIKE, ADIDAS, JORDAN, CONVERSE, PUMA, and NEW BALANCE.
